Yoga Nidra is the Yoga of sleep. It allows for deep relaxation not just for the body and mind, but for the whole nervous system.
In the recording, I suggest laying on the floor and opening your eyes at the end. This can also be done in bed, and you can keep your eyes closed if you listen before falling asleep.
