I wanted to send out this quick little guided meditation for anyone who wanted some help in bringing a sense of peace back into their body. The audio is nowhere near perfect (you will hear me swallow and one of my cats meow at the very end), but I think it’s important to remind ourselves that ultimately we are in control of how much the stress of this moment controls us.
